- All rental items are rented for the agreed upon (Between Premier Party Rentals LLC and the Customer) amount of time and price.
- A full day is defined as a delivery within the delivery period, and a pickup within a pickup period on the same calendar day.
- When available, additional consecutive days may be added to your order. The 2nd rental period (Day 2) begins 24 hours after the start of the first rental period, and lasts up to 10 hours. The 3rd rental period (Day 3) begins 24 hours after the start of the second rental period. This rule repeats itself for up to 7 consecutive days.
- Typical delivery period is between 8:00am and 12:00pm depending on the start time of your event.
- Rental equipment will be delivered, set up, and in working order at least 1 hour before your events start time.
- DJ and Photo Booth services are provided for the agreed upon amount of time based on the package the customer selects.
- If the staff providing services is available to stay longer than the contracted time, they will stay for the pre-agreed upon time and price.
- Our pricing is free of hidden charges, and includes applicable taxes and fees.
Tent, Table and Chair Rentals (Additional Information)
- Pricing is on a per day basis, and or according to the agreed upon (between the Customer and Premier Party Rentals NY LLC) rental period.
- The listed price is our starting price, and includes Tents, Tables, and Chairs only, there is an additional delivery, installation, tear down, and pickup fee (starting at $55 but not to exceed $150.00). This price is based on estimated installation time, number of items in order, and the location of your event).
- When you book tables and chairs together, we will discount the price of your tent rental.
- Pricing is on a per day basis, and according to the agreed upon rental period during the booking process.
Inflatables Rentals (Additional Information)

This additional charge is assessed based on the total estimated installation/delivery time, number of items in your total order, and the total amount of miles we will need to travel).
Photobooth and Disc Jockey Services (Additional Information)
- Pricing is on a per hour basis, and according to the package the customer selects.
- There is no additional fee for delivery, set up, tear down and or pickup. You only pay for the time your guests are enjoying themselves!
- The listed price is our starting price, and by default is set to our minimum of 2 hours. You can customize your events length by clicking on the dropdown menu.
- The Rental Services page (Which includes Photobooth and Disc Jockey Services) is informational only. In order to ensure that we are available on your requested date, You must fill out the form on our “Services” page to book these services. This is the only page on our site that cannot be booked directly online, but no worries, we typically respond within 2 hours but ask that you allow up to 48 hours for a response.
