Refund Policy

A partial refund will be given at the sole discretion of Premier Party Rentals NY LLC. The Customer shall not be entitled to any refund whatsoever if the Customer accepts the delivery of the Rental Equipment; or if weather conditions prohibit safe use of the Rental Equipment after set-up; or if Customer otherwise elects not to use the Rental Equipment for reasons out of the Lessor’s control. If Customer receives Rental Equipment and it is damaged or not in working order, Lessor will make reasonable attempts to repair the Rental Equipment for use that day. If Lessor is unable to repair Rental Equipment or bring it back to working order within four hours of the start of the rental period, a full refund will be given. The Lessor is not obligated to attempt to repair the equipment if the Customer has begun use or if the Customer has not attempted all troubleshooting efforts included within rental Agreement.  Payment processing fees are not refundable.
